Jovani 51636 Strapless Midi Dress with Matching Wrap
Jovani 51636 is a short dress that breaks at the hip and comes with a matching wrap. The bodice is strapless and straight across the bust, softly gathered rather than boned: diagonal gathers run from one side of the bust down toward the opposite waist and lie flat, with no bone channels or corset panels. At the hip the bodice ends in a short pointed overlay that sits over the top of the skirt and forms a defined horizontal break. Below it the skirt is straight and narrow to a mid-calf hem, and the back is straight across the top, fully covered, with a centre seam opening into a vent at about knee height. A matching wrap in the same cloth is included, worn loose over the arms with no collar, sleeves or closure.

CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
In-Stock Items - Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Damaged or Defective Products: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks: Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
