Jovani 48428 V-Neck Beaded Gown with Cape Sleeves
Jovani 48428 is a caped gown built on a soft, unboned bodice. The V neckline is cut moderately deep at the centre front, and sheer cape panels hang from the shoulders on both sides and fall unbroken to the floor. The beading is worked in long pointed leaf-shaped motifs arranged in vertical columns that run straight through the waist with no band to interrupt them; the motifs are largest and most crowded between the bust and hip and thin out below the knee, where the ground shows through. The skirt follows the body to about mid-thigh and then widens gradually to the hem in a soft release rather than a defined break.

CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
In-Stock Items - Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Damaged or Defective Products: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks: Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
