If you are not 100% satisfied with item (s) you have received from FOSTANI, you can easily return them!
FOSTANI provides full Store Credit only as long as the product is received in new condition.
Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit if shipping was complimentary at checkout. All products on Sale are Final Sale and Not Returnable.
TO MAKE A RETURN REQUEST:
Within 5 days of receiving your order, request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by clicking on the "Request a Return" tab at the bottom of this webpage and fill in the requested information.
As soon as we review your request, you will receive email instructions and updates to help you return your item(s).

All item/s must be unworn and unaltered, and all original tags must be attached, and the dress should be shipped back in its protector plastic bag. Laundered, smoked in, perfumed, stains, deodorant marks ... used and worn items will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
Your order can be cancelled at no charge four (4) hours prior to processing. *
- In-Stock Items - If you wish to cancel your order four (4) hours after placing your order online you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued a monetary refund. If your order has already shipped, it will be considered as an original purchase and processed as any other return following our store policies, if the style in the backorder (still in production) and your payment already processed after you confirmed it, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee.
- Special Order Items (Pre-order) - If you wish to cancel a Special-Order Item from your order after it has been processed, * a 50% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your Store Credit. (These items are cut specifically for you)
*Processing/Processed- payment verified, item(s) ordered and confirmed by our vendors.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
Customer has 24 hours after delivery to inform us if and products they received are damaged or has a defect, any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and issued a store credit. Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with more than 50% store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
